1) Once a pattern has been selected, it is drawn out to the desired size.
2) From a copy of the original drawn pattern, the
design is cut into individual pieces and temporarily glued to the selected glass for the project.
3) The glass is cut with a rotary tool with excess
glass removed until it is near the shape of the paper piece. If cut is intricate, a saw can be used.

4) The edges are then smoothed by grinding for a perfect fit. Pieces
are placed on another copy of the pattern for proper location.

5) The individual pieces' are cleaned, dryed and edges are wrapped
in a copper foil which is placed back on the master copy to form the pattern.

6) The pieces are then soldered together along the copper foil seams.
7) Once both sides are complete, along with framing if included,
the solder can be left silver or wiped with patina in a desired color.

8) The complete panel is washed and polished, ready for delivery.
